Regimental officers had a special Siberian shoulder-board with the letter "П". Volunteer soldiers of the regiment had a special uniform: instead of shoulder-boards they wore a sleeve badge with the letter "Д".
"Siberian Life" [newspaper] of 7 August 1919.
It is assumed that traditional "Siberian" colors – white and green – were used in the colors of the shoulder-boards. The letter "П" would be the monogram of the army commander, Lieutenant-General Pepelyaev, similar to monograms on the shoulder-boards of the 1st Siberian Assault Brigade.

"П" is a "P", presumably for Pepelyaev. The stylised letter version for the 1st Siberian Assault Brigade can be seen here. The "Д" is "D", from the Russian for volunteer.
Volkov states: "Volunteers wore black shoulder-boards with red piping; officers wore the same shoulder-boards with red stripes. The shoulder-boards had a large capital letter "Д". Officers did not wear gold shoulder-boards."
The main page for this division is here with much fuller information.
