[...] 6. The external difference of the police is a white arm-band on the left arm with the inscription "Policeman No." and the name of the city.

On the top arm-band the number is stenciled along with all other inscriptions. On the bottom it is written by hand with a chemical pencil into pre-prepared arm-bands. Optionally, in order to tighten the procedure for using official arm-bands, they could carry the seals of the relevant police institutions.
