...the temporary uniform specified in Circular No. 1516 has been introduced, but due to a lack of material, instead of the established insignia, previously manufactured badges in the form of a metal plate the width of a collar and 2 vershki long, painted white and green with the letters "К.М." and a number between the letters, have been used. Shoulder-boards have been made from blue police shoulder-boards, due to a lack of green material.

The caps have metal forehead plates. In the absence of more detailed information, variants with solid stamped and cut-out inscriptions are shown. It also remains unclear whether the number on the plate was the police officer's personal number or the district number.
