Field Treasury and Field Control of the Russian Army
of the Provisional All-Russian Government

Order No. 33 of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, 14 November 1918.

In order to raise the prestige of the Field Treasury and Field Control among soldiers, I authorise the following for those officers:

• khaki shoulder-boards, as established for officials, with braid assigned to the Ministry of Finance and State Control, and with distinctions according to their position.

• military-style khaki dress, field caps and fur hats.

RGVA F.39499 Op.1 D.1 L.37.

The order does not specify a cockade – most likely the officials of these departments wore a civilian round cockade, crossed diagonally with a ribbon of national colours (as was established for military personnel by the Commander-in-Chief's Order No. 7 of 2 October 1918).

Field Treasury: active civil councillor, court councillor, provincial secretary.
The red piping was established following the reform of civilian uniforms

Field Control: State Councillor, Collegiate Assessor, Collegiate Secretary
The dark blue piping was established following the reform of civilian uniforms
